  • Why does my smartphone battery last a short time?

Battery consumption is mainly affected by the presence or absence of a good network signal. Other factors that can considerably reduce the battery life can be found in the various types of connectivity, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and the possible GPS module, if left permanently active. Another factor that affects excessive battery use is the prolonged use of applications, from social networks to games, which use the network for data processing. • Why is my device overheating?

It is normal for the device's temperature to rise after constant use or while connected to the charger. All electronic devices must dissipate a good part of the electricity that feeds them in the form of heat which must then be disposed of to the outside to avoid burning the processor. Therefore, the more this processor is put under strain through its operation, the more the device will tend to heat up.

  • My smartphone / tablet's GPS is reporting a wrong position.

We have made certain that with some types of phone subscriptions the GPS slows down or fails, this is due to the limitation of the flow of data near the expiry of the subscription of the tariff plan by the telephone operators. If the situation described above arises, carefully check the tariff plan with your telephone operator (data traffic used).

Connect the phone to the charger, if the battery is completely discharged you need to wait up to 10 minutes before the smartphone is able to restart or show the battery status icon. Complete the charging operation for longer battery life. We recommend that you use the charger and cables supplied with your phone.

  • I have set the SOS key with numbers, but pressing it only starts the calls while it does not send sms to the people entered. Why?

Once the SOS function is activated, the device will start calling the first number of a list pre-set by the user made up of 5 numbers; if this does not answer, or refuses the call, the device will call the second number in the list and so on until there is an answer. The phone will repeat this operation 3 times until the phone call is answered. If no answer is obtained 3 times in succession to the 5 numbers entered, the telephone will send an SMS to each telephone number with a help message.
ATTENTION : If the answering machine is activated during an emergency call to the called number, the device will detect it as an answer so it will not call the following numbers and will not send help SMS.
