NEW  To reduce the time service / repair for Tablet and Smartphone, below we list the classification of our CAT (Service Centers) according to the type of service provided:

Pin-CAT CAT collection point  (only collecting and sending centralized care products Misano A. - RN)

Pin-CAT1 CAT 1st level  ( sent directly  small interventions  on software and hardware )

Pin-CAT2 CAT Level 2  ( directly taking  particular interventions  on software and hardware )

* Example:  If you need assistance on your smartphone Trevi software, it is advisable to visit a center of 1st or 2nd level from those indicated. This will allow you to reduce the time of the intervention assistance with respect to the collection center.
